The timeline depends mainly on the processing and resolution by the competent authority, so we do not work with fixed dates.
What we do is shorten the controllable part: pre-selection, documentary review and file preparation to start the process in an orderly manner without rework.
Throughout the process, we provide tracking and visibility of the status and any possible requirements until onboarding.
We have a replacement guarantee during the first 90 days.
If the continuity of the onboarding is affected by a justified and verified cause, we activate the replacement protocol at no additional cost to the company, in accordance with the service conditions.

Not necessarily. The payment scheme is defined according to the service and is usually structured by milestones. We detail this in the commercial proposal before starting the process.

No. Participating in the process is free for the candidate.

SelectDriver never charges candidates for participating in selection processes, interviews or procedures. All management costs and fees are borne entirely by the hiring companies in Spain.
No. Participating in the process does not guarantee employment. Each stage is confirmed after validating the previous one, and the final hiring depends on the fit with each company's needs.
• Valid C3 licence (equivalent in Spain to C+E).
• Minimum 5 years in heavy transport (recent and demonstrable experience).
• Valid passport (recommended with at least 2 years remaining).
• Clean criminal record (requested in the documentary phase).
